Sebastian Kamecki

President of the Board

Sebastian Kamecki began his professional career in 2001 at ZNTK in Bydgoszcz (since August 2001 it was PESA Bydgoszcz SA) as an independent supply employee. In 2003-2004 he worked as the head of the product responsible for the production of new rail vehicles, in July 2004 he became the Manager of the Production Plant, and from 2007-2010 he was the Manager of the Plant producing new rail vehicles. In 2010-2015 he was the Deputy Director of Production and Technology, and from 2015 he was a Member of the Management Board at PESA Bydgoszcz SA responsible for production, logistics and service. In 2016, from II-XII he was the President of the Management Board in the company of the daughter of the PESA group in Zakłady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego in Mińsk Mazowiecki. He broke away with PESA in January 2018. Currently, he is the President of the Management Board at CSI INVEST Sp. z o.o., is one of the founders of the company and a shareholder.

Sebastian Kamecki obtained the title of a mechanic technician at the Mechanical Engineering in Tuchola, and then he obtained the title of Master of Science in the Engineer of the University of Technology and Agriculture at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (major: mechanics and mechanical engineering) in Bydgoszcz. He also completed managerial studies at the School of Banking in Toruń and an MBA at Kozminski University in Warsaw.

dr Robert Świechowicz

Vice President of the Board

Robert Świechowicz started his professional career in 1997 at ZNTK in Bydgoszcz (since August 2001 it was PESA Bydgoszcz SA) as an economic specialist. In 1999-2000 he worked as the Head of the Financial Department of ZNTK Bydgoszcz, in August 2000 he took the position of a Member of the Management Board and Financial Director of PESA Bydgoszcz SA. In 2015, he became the Vice-President of the Management Board of PESA Bydgoszcz SA, and in the years 2017-2018 the President of the Management Board and CEO of PESA SA. In the years 2019-2021, he conducted advisory activities in the field of corporate management and financing. Currently, he is the Vice President of the Management Board at CSI INVEST Sp. z o.o. and is one of the shareholders.

Robert Świechowicz obtained the title of an electrical technician at the Railway Technical School in Bydgoszcz, and then a bachelor’s degree in industrial enterprise management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Faculty of Economics and Management. At the same university, he obtained a master’s degree in financial management. He completed many postgraduate studies in financial management and tax law. In 2019, he opened a doctoral dissertation in the field of technical sciences at the Poznań University of Technology, Faculty of Transport Engineering, where in 2021 he obtained a PhD in technical sciences.
